Okay I paid my bill and now I can't get into the app
App does not work.
Over priced and over sized. These guys don't save for natural disasters or extended outages so instead, they hike rates to make up for lost revenue during outages. My position is that if they had better equipment, there wouldn't be extended outages. It's all about the profit and not the customers
Love love this app it's very simple and easy to navigate and love how you can see where outages are and how long until your power is back on and easy set up for viewing and paying your bill etc
Can login to my account using the website but not the app... It's sucks, what a joke

Three hours to load and still nothing......
app works great.. but I am wondering when Avista will add my usage history? they installed a smart meter already. I still cannot see my usage! big disappointment.. you promised we would be able to see usage in somewhat real time. with these new meters. however all you can do with this app is reporting outage and pay your bill.. so aVista when you going to update this to show it ?
I read all the reviews while my slow internet downloaded the app, is there a way I can email or pdf the copy of the bill to be printed? don't know because I am still new to the app. this isn't a fake review, I know that most positive reviews are fake just saying this app doesn't suck as bad as the bad reviews would have you believe.
